Hooray for the Hubners. Any litle piece of normalcy must be so precious. Keep up the good work.

This is so nice that strangers from across the miles could be there to bring smiles to strangers that are now likely going to be lifelong friends. Good job Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego, and any religious organization that is able to work together with other religious groups, in peace to bring harmony to the lives of those so terribly effected by this catastophy. Assalamu alaikum (means: Peace be upon you). Bless you one and all!

What a great concept! Brilliant! Thank you Hubners for taking the time out of your busy schedule, when you could be making movies, to pour your heart and soul into the people of America who have suffered so much so quickly. Spiderman is great but you two are the real heroes of the hour!
Laurie, San Diego, CA (Sent Nov 16, 2005 12:57:00 AM)
The Hubners are the real superheros of our day. They represent what is right with America. Applause to MSNBC for spotlighting these real-life champions of good. We are all here to help each other.

Keep up the Good (God) work!

I agree, Hurray for the Hubners (and friends)....What they are doing for the people -- and most notably the children -- of the devastated communities -- is simply wonderful. And in no way transcends the evil "power and money" spirit that sadly has taken hold of some of the locals who stayed and are now providing much-needed relief, though it looks like some (a smal minority with great and grwoing clout) are now doing so with profit in mind. Sad.
I'm not saying most doing such fine volunteer work are doing so for any reason other than for out of their goodness of God's heart. Those who have succumd to the enemy's evil lurings are very few in number, thankfully.
Keep up the good work, all. As many of you have often said (and some have said directly to me), you are doing God's work. Please dont ever forget that. You are loved. Help will continue to come, in many marvelous ways.

Way to go!!! We have been doing free movie night at our church (Evansville, IN ) since the beginnging of the summer!! It's a very good outreach program!! We need more people who care out there!!!

Maybe the name was reported incorrectly because it's "Huber", not "Hubner".
Way to go Big Brother!

Such a kind and generous act from people like the Hubners and friends will not go unnoticed! I applaud them. This brings much needed stimulation and happiness for children which we take for granted that they will hopefully someday forget about the hardships they have endured and seen, but they won’t forget these special acts of kindness!

Wow! What a way to bring goodness to all who need it. Wish more people were like you. Good luck and thanks for being a good person.

I often wonder why it takes a catastrophe to bring out the best ideas...but I'm glad it is happening all the same. I can't think of a better way to utilize a favorite pastime that everyone enjoys! Brillant idea! Keep up the good work.

Sad to say, I remember a day when people like the Huber's were the rule rather than the exception. They set a good example of what loving kindness and concern are really all about and the effect it can have on other's lives.

Way to go little sister, if you didn't fix the name I was going to, GOOD JOB RANDALL AND OLIVIA

Nice to hear some good things being reported. Use to be these kind of things happened all the time - times have changed. Maybe with more stories like these - more people will be kinder and think of others.

Very nice story. I wish things like this got more coverage and were promoted more. We need more positive news, less war, destruction, famine. Thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Huber!
